Warranty Period:
- Wheel Structure: 3 years
- Wheel Surface: 2 years
Internal Quality of the Product:
The warranty for on-site installation is 3 years. Under normal use without external force, if the wheel hub experiences internal quality problems such as deformation and fracture, it can be replaced free of charge after our company’s confirmation. Exceptions include:
- Simultaneous deformation of both sides caused by rapid passage over obstacles.
- Damage from scratches and collisions with obstacles on the front and edges of the wheel hub.
- Damage caused by driving with severely deflated or blown-out tires.
Product Surface Quality:
- Electroplating Precision Polishing Process: 1 year
- Other Color Spray Coating Process: 2 years
Exceptions include:
- Improper installation
- Artificial alteration or destruction
- Damage from bumps, scratches, or abrasions
- Accident damage
- Damage caused by chemicals
- Long-term lack of cleaning or improper cleaning (If the wheel hub is soaked in seawater or damaged by chemicals, it needs to be cleaned immediately.)
Except for the above situations, if there is a surface quality problem with the wheel hub during the warranty period, it will be replaced free of charge after our confirmation.
